I tried calling multiple times to verify the options for Breakfast Sandwich since I know they run out of croissants a lot. I marked my order to be contacted if out of stock and was not contacted. They do not answer the phone - the one I found online since the number listed on their profile here is wrong. I've learned my lesson now to just not order it with croissant, it got replaced with English muffins, which I don't eat so that was a waste of breakfast. If I was able to get a hold of anyone or they bothered to contact, I would have been able to advise of my substitute preference for a plain bagel instead or to cancel the order.

The coffee and drinks here are always amazing. I do wish they had a spot online for NO whip cream option, and for decaff too. But they always deliver good coffee.

my mocha came tasting completely unsweetened and there was no signs of whipped cream or extra caramel
(order was large Mocha w/ caramel, whipped cream, and almond milk)
