• 25-04-02Food was good, I always anticipate Beef a Roo's Onion Rings as they are the absolute BEST but this time I was a little disappointed. They were pretty burned as you can see in the photo. The sandwich was pretty good. I normally get the Santa fe salad but they forget my sour cream and salsa literally every single time so I went with something different this time around. Beef a Roo is a Rockford staple and regardless of accidental occasional mishaps, I will continue to order from here.

• 26-06-23the burger was so small and so was the fry. not good value but flavor was ok. and I ordered for 11:20am delivery my lunch time is 11:30 am and I got the food at about 10:55 or 11 am

• 26-01-24Had DoorDash pick it up and half of my order was missing. I spent $60.00 and feel like I should have a refund. The cookies were stale I ordered one and got four I threw them out.
