Benny's BBQ Brisket pizza is AMAZING!!!! I LOVE it with extra BBQ sauce. Because I can only eat in small portions, I get each slice sliced in half....so 1 regular slice I end up with 2 small slices.

Pizza as always was perfect. Every time i make the trip to Texas this is the first thing I want. Its the perfect crust, sauce, cheese.
This time I added the dessert dough bites, in anticipation of getting some delightful fluffy dough bites with whipped cream, unfortunately thats not what came waa an underwhelming serving of dense meh balls rolled in a scant amount of sugar.

Way too much cheese. Like every other pizza restaurant in the area. A pizza should show a little sauce throughout. (Like their slices DO in the Mall). Dough is muchy and barely done. Overall undercooked. Disappointed.

Birnt and greasy. Too much cheese. Looked like it got left on the screen too long and never transferred to the stone. Top was underdone amd bottom burnt. Now,
Black bubbles are great - but this was the underside only. Might wantto revisit the cooking process. Sauce is good.
