Soo yummy! Hands down the best local soft pretzels! Blows the other stores away! Prices are also way better than near by competitors! Our order arrived quickly and correctly with all sauces/sides/ straws etc! Loved this experience all the wash around! Flavor, price, quality, and the portions were much larger than expected! Perfect!

Best pretzels around. Huge, hot fresh and delicious. The Pepperoni Cheese Prizza is perfection. Perfectly melted cheese. The Dutch Almond Pretzel is not too sweet and it's tasty. The Pretzel Sticks (6 Pcs.) are the best i have had. It's such an awesome treat.

I've never had Ben's parcels before, but I ordered two of the pepperoni and cheese, pretzel meals, and I was more than impressed. The cheese was real crispy in parts and sometimes just gooey. It was so flavorful. The pepperonis were a nice flavor and there were just enough.
We'll order again! oh and one pretzel could definitely be split two ways!

I'd assumed a supply chain issue since everything comes in unbranded GFS packaging. Today, the dutch pretzel bites felt light, so I threw them on the scale. They weighed 119g, *including* the generic little paper boat. Ben's guideline is ~257g cooked, so less than half. They were also burnt. Pizza was so-so. Disappointing all around. I won't be back.

My pizza was stuck to the top of the box. The Spicy Nacho has to be the most disgusting nacho cheese I've ever tasted. Not because it's old, the taste is just disgusting. There was also bacon on my Pepperoni Cheese Pretzel for some reason and the pepperoni taste fake as well.
