• 23-05-24First time I ordered the Garlic Knots and they were delicious! I thought they would be big and doughy, but no they were small bite-sized balls and simply delicious! Im not really a bread person but I love these.

• 25-01-12Bertucci's Westborough always does a great job. This time, I tried new items I had not tried before. Neither was my favorite, based on their menu and past experience, but both were great quality, fresh ingredients, and did not disappoint! I tried Bistecca Piadina and also ordered a small Margherita pizza. For the steak piadina, the steak was perfect, and I would recommend the dish. As for the pizza, I prefer my homemade Margherita pizza by far. I would not disparage Bertucci's. I will just say that I prefer more fresh basil and a little more seasoning. The crust and amount of sauce were great!

• 22-09-10Fettuccine Alfredo was so bad. Everything about it. The taste of the sauce is bland and the little bit of aftertaste that the sauce does leave is so nasty I couldn't take more than 2 bites (and I only took the second bite because I wanted to try to not waste it since it was pretty pricey for what you get). The shrimp was over cooked and like rubbery? This tastes worse than Olive Garden and that's pretty impressive. I was really craving a good pasta and this was definitely not it.

• 24-11-29I ordered fried mozzarella (which only came in 3 pieces) and also two chicken Parma and the flavor was horrible, especially the Chicken Parma. It seemed like it had been in the fridge for days and they reheated it and sent it to me. I was very disappointed and even embarrassed for serving it. We didn't eat any of it because it was so bad. They should be ashamed of serving food like that. They will never see my money again. I felt cheated and deceived. There is nothing worse than paying and not getting what you paid for. In my opinion it doesn't even deserve 1 star, but I gave it because of the driver.
Bertucci's used to be good now it's gone, horrible food.
