• 26-03-06It is mind-boggling to me how overpriced this was for what was worse than any random fast-food place<<taggedItemId=10716656363>>.
Fried Onion Ring<</taggedItemId>>s was a glued together lump that was impossibly over-salted. Epic Hand Cut Fries the fries themselves are absolute trash, terrible quality cuts and poorly cooked, terrible value.
Fried Chicken I actually don't know how you mess up fried chicken so badly. exceptionally dry and rubbery. KFC would be better if you left it in the sun for 3 days.
The burgers are fine at best. Which makes them terrible value when they have a premium price. These are about as good as low-tier Wendy's burgers.
Not only will I never order here again, when the subject of burgers comes up in conversation, I will unprompted insist that everybody avoids this place.

• 26-06-29This is the third time getting Better Burger. First Time- AMAZING!! Everything was delicious. Second time purchased-order was incorrect. Paid for epic fries and epic fried chicken. Recieved plain fries. Due to been so good the first time, i gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried a third time- paid for epic fries & epic fried chicken. Recieved plain fried chicken. When you are paying for the extra- it would be good to get the extra. Especially when you are paying $40+ for one combo.
Unfortunately due to receiving incorrect order twice- I would not recommend and I will not be buying again.

• 25-05-04Poor service! Fries were missing from my order, added bacon to burger and that was missing. Order took almost an hour to be processed by the store, so I paid $31.50 for a cold cheeseburger. Tried to contact the store to resolved and was fobbed off and told they would call me back which they didn't and now are not answering my calls. Go somewhere else - they are far better options for a good burger than this place!
