Betty Noodles is a total hidden gem—seriously, this place is amazing! It’s been around for over a decade, and once you take your first bite, you’ll know exactly why. The food is crazy good—packed with bold Asian flavors that hit just right. I’m obsessed with their Super Sichuan Noodle Soup (so spicy and flavorful!) and their new Hot & Sour Dumpling Soup—wow, just wow.
Their stir-fried dishes? Absolutely drool-worthy. Everything is cooked to perfection and tastes super fresh. And don’t even get me started on the noodles—so chewy, so tasty, SO good. Every dish I’ve had here has been a winner. If you’re in Santa Cruz and haven’t tried Betty Noodles yet, you are seriously missing out!

Hands down my favorite comfort food spot. If you're looking to have some noodle soup on a rainy day this is the place. Definitely doesn't compare to what's over the hill but for Santa Cruz they are pretty good. Best for non picky eaters & non-Asian food snobs. Highly recommend the curry soup with wheat noodles and their beef pho.

The Korean fried chicken was terrible, the chicken tasted old, the food had a burnt after taste. Best item was the shrimp sping roll, but there was only shrimp on one side. Not worth the cost. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Don't waste your money. After spending $50 on only three items i.e. shrimp spring rolls, spicy chicken with "chow mein" and pork belly with white rice. It was less than mediocre first, the rice was hard as rocks and the "chow mein" should have been labeled as noodles because they were literally white bland noodles. Everything was soggy and portions super small. If this meal was half the cost I wouldn't complain.
