This is my favorite restaurant except for the one in Kent. Whenever I try to schedule a delivery for lunch my order gets rescheduled to the next day because they turn off deliveries for lunch without notifying me. They also weigh the bowl here which I've never seen at any other Bibibop. Skip this one!

STEAK & NOODLE Anyone who doesn't order the sweet potato glass noodles from here is missing out. The noodles are perfectly seasoned and cooked.The steak is also seasoned well. The carrots are unseasoned, but thankfully not actually raw as the description claims. The broccoli is slightly undercooked and oversalted. The bean sprouts add a nice crunch without altering the overall flavor profile.There needs to be an option for No Egg. It's simply unsalted cafeteria style liquid egg that has been lightly cooked. If this is a delivery purchase, and you happen to have an egg at home, just cook an egg over easy or to your liking instead. The gochujang is overly sweet and grainy in consistency. I'm still curious about their kale, but overall this was an okay purchase.

The rice and chicken seemed old even though I placed my order pretty early in the day/around lunchtime when you think it would be more fresh. The rice was hard, the chicken was dried out. Portion size seemed smaller than usual as well, and a cold topping was left off as well.

Id recommend that you go in person. The noodles were mostly kale and the bowl was half filled. In person they get the order right. Online, not so much.
