 Without a second thought, the BEST burritos I've ever had!!! Pretty sure most people like Bean Cheese burritos and I do too but Bibi's bean and cheese burritos is the bean and cheese that all others should be measured by.
The Super Birria Burrito is an experience! The most tender and flavorful meat I've ever had!  I've both dined in and DoorDash Bibis, and it has been phenomenal every time. The quality and flavors are unmatched. 10/10

We ordered 2 Potato Tacos, the 3 Quesabirria Tacos, and Cheese Cake Burrito. The potato tacos were different than I've ordered before more of a medallion slice and red in color. Not bad, but not what I expected from previous orders. Would likely not order again--I would rather get more quesabirria tacos which were delicious. Very well done. The sauce included is well portioned plenty for the 3 tacos.
Unfortunately the biggest disappointment was the Cheese Cake Burrito. I saw other pictures online and it looks amazing. But what got sent to me was sad. It does appear to be a slice of cheesecake wrapped in a tortilla and lightly toasted. There was no powdered sugar to sweeten the plain tortilla, it was slightly warmed but not of dessert quality. Absolutely not worth the high price of over $14 for quality and portion size of the "dessert."

Food was to salty in general. The boujee burrito was okay but, for the price it wasn't as filling as one would hope. The three crispy tacos weren't crispy were small and overpriced. I did order delivery so the crispness was probably affected by travel time. While overly salty the food quality and taste was middle of the road but, for the price I expect a $20+ burrito to fill me up and it didn't. I expected leftovers and I ate everything and then some. Based on price to quantity ratio I won't order from here again.

I had the Boujee burrito. I thought a $19 burrito would have had some substance and some flavor... it did not! It was smaller than most and lacked flavor. My wife had the beans, rice and cheese burrito and ordered it with sour cream and salsa on the side. It did not have sour cream or cheese in it and didn't have salsa either. Overall, the burritos just weren't good at all and very disappointing.

Hands down my favorite Birria spot of all time. they are fast, the restaurant is always clean, friendly staff, the food is beyond delicious. I highly recommend the Quesadilla Birria Style or the Birria tacos and don't forget the consume! Great spot for a quick lunch or meet up with friends and coworkers.
