Buffalo Fries were so old and/or burnt that they looked like sweet potatoes yet tasted like three day old fries. Absolutely disgusting! Chicken was dry and overcooked as well yet the cheese wouldn’t even melt. Totally not what I've grown to expect from Biddy's. Ruined me on ever wanting to order from them again. Very disappointing!

My boss ordered lunch for us yesterday from Biddy's and it was delicious. I hadn't had it in forever. Today, I wanted to treat my boss, so I ordered from Biddy's again. Lighting didn't strike twice for us. My tenders didn't look or taste fresh. My fries were meh. Maybe it was because they were closing at 3pm. I paid a good penny for this food. My boss almost wrote me up for this food. Hopefully when we reorder, I'll just get the Texas Toast . It was good 👍

Every piece of bacon was way under cooked. Wrap was not cut and fell apart. Barely any chicken

Chicken Parmesan Combo looks nothing like pic and it’s just frozen chicken strips with jarred sauce stuck between 2 hamburger buns. I got the onion rings and they were salty.
