their Kung Pao Chicken is fantastic every time +cauliflower rice is the bomb. I ask for extra spicy - it has such complex flavors and oh so fresh. i also tried Vegetable Pad Thai and was shocked by how much flavor depth it had - nothing like the stereotypical American version, beautiful bright flavors. i asked for spicy which they did SO well.

The Sesame Chicken was super bland. I went to the restaurant regularly to dine in a decade ago, but it seems like their quality has suffered a lot in the years since. Several of their best items aren't on the menu anymore as well. I could get better sesame chicken for less than $20 at a standard Chinese takeout place.

Woof that was terrible food. The Chicken Pad Thai was watery wih no flavor. Chicken satay was tough and way over seasoned. Very unlike Big Bowl - they normally have pretty high quality food but tonight was a complete miss. Most of it is in the garbage.

Big Bowl has been our go-to for Chinese for years until the last 2 orders, each of which arrived smaller and drier than previous orders. It would seem that they either have new kitchen staff or new directives from higher up. Pad Thai Chicken and Kung Pao Chicken suffered in our last orders.

Sometimes you just want something simple and heartwarming. The order from Big Bowl was no exception. I had been watching a lot of Uncle Roger videos and thinking about fried rice, but also the comfort of a simplicity of a Side White Rice helped to accent the Classic Sweet & Sour Shrimp delightfully. There's always going to be a bit of a loss of crispness when getting food delivered; however, this order hit the spot.
