I ordered the exact same thing both times. The first time was really good but the second news not as fresh. The lettuce in my salad was wilted and the avocado was browning unlike the initial experience. The slaw was extremely wet, it wasn't that way in my first visit.Not sure if I'll go back due to the inconsistency. The packaging is perfect for delivery.

3 Piece Tenders was small for a place called Big Chicken. The flavor wasn't bad, but there wasn't much of it. Chicken was very juicy and tender.
Everything was pretty average.

The bag wasnt sealed, the chicken taste like grease, the bread taste like burnt butter. The macaroni was tasteless, & honestly the fries were the best part.

my CHICKEN was undercooked, pink and chewy and my food was dripping in oil. As if they used the bread to scoop the chicken out of the fryer and stright into the bag.
