Everything was so nicely packaged, and the brownie....I took one bite and couldnt stop eating the rest lol. This place was new to us and got it two days in a row....so good. The chicken is juicy and the breading is yummy

So good!!! Chicken is deliciously seasoned and the shakes were thick and really tasty. Definitely don't skip the dips - ALL of them are amazing. I could eat the big chicken sauce with a spoon. It's not that good at all. I love Shaq but this is a big L. The sandwiches are not big and the fries where cold and the taste of both is so bland and just not good at all. Will not be ordering again. Super bummed.

Well, this my first time placing an order with Big Chicken and so far I have no complaints. The Original (Combo) chicken sandwich is juicy & crispy, the fries had no salt just as I requested but the Strawberry Watermelon drink has absolutely no flavor. If it wasn't for the color of the drink, I wouldn't know what I was drinking. So, because of the very watered down drink, I'm going to give it ok rating today. Maybe next time I'll try something else and see how turns out. ☺️

Compared to when the store opened there's been a notable decline in the quality of the fried chicken. The breading shouldn't delaminate from the chicken and the Nashville Hot mix should look red orange, not brown.
