The food was so good!! I am so sorry I thought there was something wrong with our combo... I didn't read the top of the foil where it said you gave us extra brisket/pork in place of the ribs. I tried to contact customer service and explain (they had given us credit, and I was hoping to reverse it, but they said that they couldnt...). I feel really bad... The food is DELICIOUS tho and everyone should order from here!! Best BBQ in town!!! I will make sure to order from here a lot to make up for my mistake. 🫣🫣🫣🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️

Ribs were a little overcooked, so they were chewy. Potato bun on pulled pork sandwich was soggy. I've had better food from them in the past, but for the price, I would probably skip them going forward.

the meats were well prepared , but I was so disappointed in the sides. the coleslaw was tasteless and soggy, The beans were hard under seasoned. plus, $2 for I piece of dry box-mix Cornbread (Plain) ? and I think I paid a dollar and a half for three pickle slices in the Extra Pickles .
I can't bring myself to order again. it's a shame, really, because the actual bbq was ok.

Food tastes amazing, but pretty expensive for what it is. 1/2 pound of ribs is only 4. Customer service is typically really good but I went in to pick up my to-go order and the chick with the weird 2 different color mullet was pretty rude - didn't acknowledge me when I was standing at the counter for a minute even though she looked straight at me and before I got my food asked me to see my order confirmation which was the first time I've ever been asked to do that like she was trying to power trip me or something

I for one was excited to try this place. but unfortunately all the meat was either mushy and tasted off, or it was some how very dry but also tender. the weirdest thing about it was that it tasted like either it was the last remnants of what was left or it was just left in to long. the ribs fell off the bone but felt like chewing on sand. the brisket was easy to chew but was dry, and I couldn't even finish the pulled pork cause it had a funky flavor. the baked beans were WAY to sweet. but out of everything, the Dirty Mac was solid. the Mac and cheese was delicious. the fact that this place charges some much for the Combo for 1 and it being subpar is incredibly disappointing.
