Brisket sandwich was best in area - and I seldom finish baked beans but scooped every drop. I saved a partial rack of ribs for next day and were dried out - my fault for not reheating them thru. I will definitely try again but same day....

The portion for the price was great! However all of the meat was extremely dry. We only got maybe 3 bones of ribs which was sad but lots of chicken and other meat. Disappointed that it was so dry, the coleslaw was not tasty by any means but the rest was great.

The brisket was very dry, over cooked
And the St Louis Ribs The Meats was opposite. Ie under cooked bones didn't it easily detach from the meat
The fries were excellent. But meats were not worth the price

I'm from Texas, this is not barbecue, not even close. The meat is bland and they have not trimmed any fat off of the brisket in the Brisket Poutine, also hardly any cheese curds either.

The brisket is 1/2 a pound but literally 2 slices for $25
