Seriously the very best fried fish I have ever had! The portions are enormous, by today's standards, and the quality is consistently, superb. This Big Y Kitchen (Rocky Hill) should be a must have weekly visit!

The Fish and Chip Dinner was fantastic! I have had fried fish at many restaurants over the years, but I can say without a doubt that Big Y's is the very best. Well seasoned batter with perfectly cooked fish inside. We tried the sweet potato fries tonight and they did not disappoint. They are soft on the inside with just the right amount of light crisping on the outside. No seasoning needed, they are that delicious. We also ordered a BLT Grinder for the 1st time and it was absolute perfection. Soft toasted grinder roll with the freshest veggies, bacon perfection and the cheese was just the perfect amount of melty deliciousness. Absolutely fantastic meal with plenty of leftovers for another meal or 2.

I haven't had a sub with everything I want on it in years. Although this is bigger than I expected. It's A-1. Couldn't even finish a half of a half.
