the white chocolate mocha hot was amazing. I usually pick this up on my way to work, but I order a white on white (white mocha with white coffee). This was a nice change. The mythical mocha with white coffee is amazing, too. I just wish the app gave an option for hot and all white coffee (not just an extra shot of white). luckily, my Dasher made sure that it was made with all white coffee but there was no way to change it to a hot beverage. Bigfoot Java did everything right. It's the lack of options in the app that are a little frustrating. Majority of the menu is missing and customizations are not allowed. My usual BFJ is off of 72nd and Portland so, this location was a first for me. The lady working graveyard worked with my dasher to make sure everything in my order was made just right and I even got to try something new. and yes, both coffee drinks were for me. I needed something to keep me alert during my graveyard shift when working security.

This was by far the worst drink I've ever had from any BigFoot location since their inception. I literally live less than 3 minutes away from the stand my drink came from. I'm beyond disappointed, first of all on top of it being completely watered down the drink had no flavor at all. You would think instead of making a frozen or chilled drink right when you got the order from it sitting it will spoil fairly quickly.. that's just common sense but clearly the barista at hand didn't have the common sense to wait for my doordash driver to pull to the window to make my drink or even at least check the drink to see it was still actually frostbitten. Guess the two minutes it woulda took you to make a new drink is more important than ensuring quality products go out to your loyal customers. I mean I usually don't waste my time writing reviews but this is a $10+ drink and for it to be that watered down they had to of known it had been sitting for awhile.. sad.

Every time I go to pick up my cup the lid would come off and it would spill out so by the time I had about 3 drinks out of it I lost more than half of it and I spent 12. On this

They didn't have what I had originally ordered so instead of canceling it like other places have they called me and offered to make me something else of my choice and even gave me in a larger size.
