The Rodeo Plate I order was filled with 3 types meat which I had brisket, turkey and chicken! All delicious along with my choice of pinto beans and rice! And all their deserts are a hit with me especially the pecan pie! Top it off with the sweet tea and you have enjoy a w meal! And fast delivery with Door Dash means a hot meal just right!

Wow, I always love Bill Miller. The coleslaw was tasteless and dry/no dressing, just dry cabbage and pepper. Just terrible! And the normal lightly cooked fries were dry and very brown compared to normal. Not sure what is happening at the Helotes Bill Miller but I am done for a while. The Salad was super skimpy for the price as well. The only thing good was the Fried Chicken, thank goodness they have not ruined that yet.

Great portions. Always fresh. The bacon is always crunchy and the brisket is always lean. I could order these every day for the fam if I could.

Extremely dry sausage. Possibly a spoonful of beans (and difficult to find in the bowl). Generous with the eggs.

i always get breakfast tacos from bill miller on weekends and its always good, but today the eggs were over cooked,and tortillas were still not cooked enough and very little inside the taco.
