The brisket in my poor boy was fresh and delicious however I gave it 4 stars because the portion of brisket in my poor boy was the regular poor boy portion and i ordered and paid for the poor boy paid plus. Other than that the food at this location is always great.

The 15 pc. Tenders Only got like 6 tenders the rest were tiny peices of fried dough. It was clearly the bottom of the warming drawer. 2 were burnt and all of it tasted stale and greasy. The fries were old tough and overly salty. Threw the meal away. A waste of money.

Of course we all love Bill Miller's. But it's very different when it's delivered. I ordered the BEEF soup it had NO BEEF. It actually had nothing in it but broth and it was half of the bowl. Or tenders I received little tiny tenders and sometimes I don't get the gravy. it's always something. So I have to call them and please give me what I ordered. Customer shouldn't have to do that but now I call every single time

Worst Bill Miller's EVERY time I order the order of 3 strips of bacon they send one strip. This happens even in person. Only Bill's that does this. Maybe they don't know how to read. One time I ordered a big order for a big family, 9 orders...they sent me 9 strips and charged me 30.00! When you go and tell them they are always confused.
