Disappointing! The tacos were like taquitos today! Tacos had a tiny amount of egg, and a clump of potato. We order frequently because we love yall's tacos, but will now reconsider. $3.10for a tortilla, slice of bacon abda smidge of egg/potato is not worth it. ,

Bill Miller has been a favorite of mine since I was a kid. The chicken is always spot on that has a flavor I love and always fried right! Portions are consistent majority of times. The quality of brisket has been a hit or miss depending on location. Austin locations definitely need to step up their game. Overall, good food good prices and will definitely keep going.

Really good tacos. Excellent brisket. Great value. Better brisket than some bbq spots 3 times the price. Staff is always very nice and helpful. Highly recommend.

I love Bill Miller's but the top of the sauce container wasn't on right and sauce leaked all over everything. Also the vegetable beef soup was good, but there was only one real piece of beef in it...which was disappointing for the hefty price.
The brisket, turkey and coleslaw were excellent as usual, but the green beans were not as good as usual (a bit hard today).
