Absolutely delicious this is the only place I'll get my bbq from this was my first time having it a hands down amazing 10/10 the baked potato salad was fantastic the bbq sauces were all so delicious the chopped brisket amazing the turkey sooo juicy and perfect the mac and cheese so good and creamy like even down the the pickles being absolutely fire love it love it love definitely getting every time

First time trying Billy Sims BBQ. They didn't have the option to specify no sauce on their ribs but I put in the special requests, and they followed through. Very glad they did because they are now my favorite BBQ place in town.
Ordered the Half Rack and it was PERFECT! Meat was tender, falling off the bone and flavorful. More importantly, it wasn't too greasy!
Mac N Cheese was on point too!

The chopped brisket on the 2 Meat Dinner 1/2 lb and The Heisman was mainly fat and gristle. Same thing with the Single Rib, it didn't even resemble what a Rib is supposed to look like. It was like random pieces of 1 inch sized bones in a meat slab explosion. The sliced brisket wasn't sliced, just a huge chunk of meat (which I could slice myself, but why when I paid for it) Beans and potato salad were good.
This used to be our once in awhile treat because it's expensive, but the quality had been getting progressively worse meanwhile the prices continue to rise. I'm gonna stay away for awhile.

sour pickles thought they would be pickle spears not hamburger chips but I would recommend the baked potato salad I like potato salad but the baked potato salad was good and as always my favorite was the turkey and end it with the banana stacker

The restaurant is perfect to enjoy Lunch or Dinner with families and friends. The food is delicious, and if you need a to go or pickup order the staff is awesome and the order is always on time whether is a pickup or delivery.
