The Full rack platter is a huge amount of ribs, like 2 layers cover the entire box. They were flavorful and meaty. Billy Sims has one of the better sauces, sweet & tangy. I am very picky about potato salad but theirs is just right! I like mustard added. Beans were sweet and bbq-y. Generous servings.

This is the best barbecue I've had, the meat is tender, the sauce is amazing. The sides are delicious! I thought I didn't get my side of polish sausage but it was in a container, kinda small but good. I rate this a 20/10

Really good. Plenty of hickory smoke flavor in all the meats. I had ribs, sliced brisket, hot links and added bologna to my 3 Meat Dinner . If you like hot links, theirs are especially tasty. They give you a good portion of each for the price. And Billy's sauce makes the meal, I like the hot version the best.

So, I am always fair and honest with my reviews. The pulled pork what there was ofresh it was tasty. The BBQ sauce was good. Now, I love a good baked potato, however this was mediocre at best. Problem one it was not fluffed at all, they basically just cut it opened drenched it in butter that was swimming around at the bottom of the container. Problem two as you can see barely any meat. Over $14 for the potato. I've spent less at McAllister's and Jason's Dell and received much better potatoes. With the other food for my son plus the $12 tip I paid almost $60 for dinner. I will order from there again but I will not ordered a potato again. So greasy from the butter that didn't soak in due to it not being fluffed and barely any meat left me disappointed. The picture shows it after I chopped it up just to try and soak up the butter.

Consistent and excellent quality! Also, extremely fast, efficient delivery choice. They also don't mess up your order. Only possible criticism is they could give more realistic amount of the tiny sauce cups, without having to pay extra, particularly for 3 meat and by the pound orders.
Great choice for BBQ!!
