best fried chicken in the city by miles amd Magic Hour is the best version, just the right amount of heat and sweet. pretty filling so side isnt needed but if you do get one, dont bother with the Birdman Mac + Cheese which is pretty bland. waffle fries all the way.

I ordered the Magic Hour and was really excited. It was super underwhelming, quite average as a sandwich goes. Not especially juicy or crispy or anything. The handful of pickles were the highlight, definitely expected something with a little bit more wow.
The Gingerbeer in the other hand is very good.

I placed an order online for pickup today and arrived at the restaurant five minutes early. I informed the staff about my order, but unfortunately, the response time was quite poor. Despite receiving a notification that my order was ready, I ended up waiting outside in the cold for over 10 minutes. When I mentioned this to the staff member—who I believe was the junior Sommelier on duty—there was little acknowledgment or concern.
With all due respect to upper management, I’d like to point out a recurring issue. As a loyal customer who lives just five minutes away and dines in regularly, I’ve consistently had pleasant in-house dining experiences. However, this is the second time I’ve encountered noticeably dismissive service when opting for online pickup. If there is a disparity in the level of service provided to dine-in versus online customers, it may reflect poorly on the overall customer experience and could impact long-term customer loyalty.
