@ Birria gods we only use Angus beef, a difference in flavor you can taste.
Turned someone onto this place, now it's her favorite all-time go to restaurant. She gets the Birria burrito every time - we both agree there's something about the tortilla that's just different than everywhere else. It's a huge burrito and so fresh tasting, and their sauce is simply fantastic. Thank you !!!

marks all the boxes good portions, tastes fantastic every time, the birria melts in your mouth like it should,I get the Birria Ramen and it's the best in town at least that I've had, i have and would 100% order again the Leche cakes are great too of course
Cumple con todo: buenas porciones y un sabor fantástico siempre; la birria se deshace en la boca, tal como debe ser. Pido el ramen de birria y es el mejor de la ciudad (al menos de los que he probado); lo he pedido y volvería a pedirlo sin dudarlo. Por supuesto, los pasteles de tres leches también son excelentes.

I have ordered from here 6+ times and this last time was a bummer :( the limes had no juice, birria didn't have any flavor (tasted like watery broth) and barely any hot sauce or cilantro/onions. They're not normally like that, I have had good experiences and they're the first "birria" place I've tried. Maybe it was just an bad night? I'll still try them again but I definitely was kind of sad at the quality of the food tonight. Good portions, I will mention. They gave me an extra birria taco, so woohoo on that. And their food has always seemed fresh every time I've ordered. Sometimes we have "off days" - I'd still say they're a solid 8/10.

If you love Birria Ramen, stop looking elsewhere. Not only is their birria ramen very flavorful, you also get a birria taco for free with it and it tastes amazing, too! I ordered a side of rice to eat for later and since I still have a lot of broth left over from the Birria Ramen, I'm going to put my rice in it. The wait was very short for my order, my food was both hot and extremely flavorful which is why I'll order from here again. If you wonder where they are located, they are inside of El Hefe near Hurts Donuts on the SW side of University and the 101. Order from here if you don't want to be disappointed with your order.

The Birria Ramen is really good with the birria taco. But by its self it doesn't have much flavor. Great portion for price. It also has a cinnamon taste. I've never had it with cinnamon, but it's good. I wouldn't have it every time though. Definitely was fresh and not soggy noddles
