Everything was delicious and the meat was the correct temperature upon arrival. I enjoyed the Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail, but I really wish it was packaged differently; it's in a really big box for just 6 shrimp, a sauce and a lemon.I'd rather have I the shrimp packed in a small container with ice, and no lettuce.Please don't use real food as garnish.

For $65 I was extremely disappointed with my prime rib and mashed potatoes. I ordered it medium rare but it was more medium well. The meat was tough. The mashed potato’s had a weird taste. This isn't the first time I order this exact meal. I've never had any issues before. I probably won't order this or order from Black Angus.

I recently started ordering steaks from here for my cravings. I have been very happy with the food and service from the restaurant. First and foremost, the flavoring and preparation of the steak has been excellent. Second, there was an issue getting me my food one day. It was a miscommunication between the restaurant and DoorDash. Third, the recovery of this mishap was well handled by everyone. And i appreciate that so much. Especially after working in the service industry. Not one person tried to insinuate that the issue was my fault. And it wasn't. But i think people understand this.
Overall, the flavor, available options, and recovery effort are why i will keep coming here. A lot of places are delicious. However i feel i will get well taken care of here. Thank you for your care when ive come in and ordered in. Great service and DELICIOUS food. DELICIOUS!!

My 6 oz steak looked like a dried kidney and they gave me one small stalk of broccoli. Order the jumbo shrimp and it tasted horrible wasn't worth all the money
