I love their drinks but their tech sucks. They rarely get my online orders and I have to wait 5-10 minutes for them to be made on top of waiting for everyone else. My normal time in the drive thru is 20 minutes and it's only two cars ahead of me. This BR is quality but the worst at time management.

They forgot the caramel. They foam was too much. It filled 1/2 the cup. Drink was very bland

Caramel Truffle Chiller I'm told is the best drink there. Always love Blackrock and they do a good job.

I also ordered two donuts cups...the dasher was great! She called to let me know and it sounded like she was getting told different things by different baristas. Don't expect to be able to substitute....they said I would have to cancel my whole order and start over. Not cool lol

I ordered a carmel blondie iced and this taste nothing like it. I added whip and it looks like they can ran out and they splatt what they had. Very disappointing as I am a big fan of Black Rock
