There was no water and the flowers were cut too short and flatted in the packaging I think I should get sent new ones for the money I paid

I ordered a $45 bouquet said they were preparing it and all was well. My dasher gets there and is waiting atleast 20 minutes for them to tell her they dont have it. I end up getting a $25 bouquet instead. Just really dissappointe d because they should have said they didnt have it in the first place.

The bouquet they sent was not the bouquet I ordered. completely different colors and flowers, and the flowers were old and withered.

This is not the bouquet that was advertised! Im very disappointed! The flowers in place of th sunflowers are half dead and so is one of the roses.
