I ordered an expensive bouquet of Bloom Haus™ 12 Plus Rose Bouquet - Red . They didn't have it, and instead of refunding me or sending my dasher off with something equal, they substituted it with 8 roses, a couple pink lillys, and a bunch of leaves.. They made no attempt to put it together and make it look pretty, or even resemble what the original one looked like. It literally looked like they grabbed a 7$ bouquet of lillys and a 10$ "bouquet " of already deteriorating roses, shoved them in the wrapper, and went about their day. I will never order from them again.

I had an awful experience - from placing the order to customer experience and what we received. I paid $44 for a bouquet that apparently sells for WAY less and multiple flowers were in terrible condition. Worst yet - THE BOUQUET WAS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. Cheap flowers were used, five stems were broken, the colors were completely different from the photo and bouquet was ugly. I wanted to do something nice for my mom, but it turned out terribly.
