• 25-05-17Either extremely misleading picture, or I received the wrong bouquet. It's not wrapped in paper, and there are no other flowers aside from 12 dying roses. WAAYY overpriced? 60 bucks for normal flowers?

• 24-02-21some of the flowers were black slimy and dying. most the petals fell off at being taken out of the package.

• 24-05-11The dipped Chocolate Dipped Strawberries, 6 count were huge and decorated and amazing.
The flowers Bloom Haus™ 12 Plus Rose Bouquet - Pink were really sad. Embarrassing to send to my mother in law. Not much filler flowers as pictured. A couple sprigs of Baby’s breath. One lily thrown away before making it to the vase bc it was soggy/rotten. Another I saw in the vase was partly the same and doubtful it will open. I had this delivered this to her house and saw it about an hour later thinking it must have been an old arrangement , not possibly what was freshly delivered!! Roses had been in rough shape and we picked the petals off the outer layers to liven it up as much possible. Disappointing. If they were low on stock they should have used something to compensate? Or call me and let me know?
I have ordered from BloomHaus at different locations (King Soopers) before and had good results, not sure if this store is overall lacking in floral but today certainly was.

• 24-08-17Quality of flowers were bad and they deliver the wrong 17'' Happy Anniversary - Balloon , so the surprise were kind off ruined.
