The Blue Hook Garlic Noodle with Grilled Chicken, Juicy Shrimp or Crawfish with crawfish were cooked and seasoned perfectly. The Hush Puppies are seasoned well, with a crunchy shell. The Crab Cake(1 pc) is like a cheese stick with a crab kick. It comes with an excellent sauce with a nice texture. The Pecan Pie isn't as sweet as some that ive had. Its cool and everthing you would expect from a Pecan pie

The Cajun fried Blue Hook Cajun Fried Rice with Grilled Chicken, Juicy Shrimp or Crawfish was exceptional- the rice was perfectly cooked, not overcooked and mushy., and there was plenty of crawfish included. The Chicken Wing 1/2DZ were very flavorful - but far too tiny for the price.

The Grilled Salmon (10-11oz) had excellent flavor, and true to size portions. Everything tasted like it was harvested just that day. I ordered fried okra as one of my sides and my goodness they gave me a main entrée's worth of it. My other side was two half cobs of corn and it was cooked to perfection with excellent seasonings and flavor! Needless to say I will preach to all of my friends about this excellent gem of a restaurant and I will definitely be ordering here several times more.

It was good overall. The Blue Hook Garlic Noodle with Grilled Chicken, Juicy Shrimp or Crawfish was a little over seasoned. I didn't realize it was going to be so spicy. I thought it was just garlic and parmesan. I guess I should have assumed. More clear descriptions would be better. Lots of shrimp though and the portion was huge! The cheesestick was great. Tasty and full of melty cheese. The Crab Puff were very good. They were the typical crab rangoon. It was a little misleading. It shows dipping sauce but I didn't receive any. I'm not sure if that was how they come or not. They were normal size. Made well. Needs some kind of dip though. Overall great portion sizes for the price. Good food. needs more clear information on what's included and what is in the food.

Food was fantastic! Everything was fresh and hot on arrival! The catfish was perfectly cooked...and I am addicted to their voodoo sauce!! Blue Hook really is my favorite restaurant in Wichita!!
