It is hard to know where to start.. Let's just say thatI ordered from Blue Sky today, after ordering from them yesterday!
Yesterday, I had their limited time toasted Italian sandwich. It is so large that I will eating the othe half for dinner tonight. Delicious, a perfect balance of ingredients. I added the fresh mozzarella and it just mae everything that much more delicious, adding pillowy, creamy goodness.
This morning, it is the Pomerene egg bowl, and you can see my photo of it; however, I didn't think t take the phitountil I had eaten nearly half of it, so imagine the bowl a lot more full. It is delicious and perfectly seasoned. Two things to point out: I would have preferred that the bacon pieces be crisp,; and their homemade siracha is AH-MAYZING! So flavorful, just a bit spicy, but well within the range of any palate, which is really great because it gives the whole bowl such a lift. (I plan to stop by the cafe and see if they sell it in jars.)
The maple bacon donuts are excellent, to, as are the salted caramel.
A treat about the milk they sell is that while it is pasteurized, it is not homogenized—so you can either use the cream off the tooasyou wish, or shake it up. Just lovely.
The thing that I want to emphasize about everything is that it is made of FOOD. There recognizable ingredients. It doesn't have that heavy weird quality common to lots of restaurant food.
Cannot recommend Blue Sky highly enough!
P.S. The signature latte (I had it iced) really is that good.

Great food & drinks but unfortunately did not come sealed which always freaks me out a little bit.
