Amazing bubble tea! You can tell their teas are fresh. Finally a bubble tea place in Lake Stevens! And I cant stop munching on bubble waffles.

Usually is so good but i was missing the cheesecake bites AND chocolate sauce i order on my Reeces Pieces Bubble Waffle. the Chocolate MilkShake was delicious thought super rich and creamy and the boba here is always 10/10

my smoothie was so good, i loved it. i added some jelly but i pro wont do that again because of the texture, but im 100% buying again. and the food is so good, im drooling thinking about it, thank you so much!

The one on the left is the frozen Coconut Ice Blended (Non-Caffeinated) but the one on the right does not have anything tasting like Coconut Milk Tea. Not a drop of coconut is in this thing. It ta like tea and milk only. You get 3 stars for wasting my time and money.

The Okinawa Milk Tea was delicious, got a good amount of boba and it all tasted fresh. That said... the store did not seem to check if my dasher had either my Fruity Pebbles Bubble Waffle OR myPlain Original Bubble Waffle, and as a result the drink is all I can speak on, other than to say my order wasn't even half complete.
