Expected the glass cups, last handful of orders have been smaller portioned plastic cups. A little disappointed. Now, otherwise it's good boba and price felt right with the packaging it used to come with.

The drinks weren't labeled; not all have to be, but if there are modifications that would have helped. We ordered 29 drinks and the regular sugar teas got mixed up with the ones that had to have less sugar. It was not the end of the world, but still would have been the difference of great customer service and careless. The banana milk tea looked similar to the milk tea and the passion fruit green tea looked just like the honey green tea, so of course someone with no familiarity with your drinks snagged the wrong thing. We don't mind waiting an extra 15 or so minutes it takes to label even just the ones that were modified.

Almond Milk Tea has a lot of crushed almonds. If you have difficulty swalllowing I suggest don't order this. Also can't taste the tea. They didn't send straw with it I had to use a spoon to get the boba.
Strawberry Calpico Slush doesn't taste strawberry at all. No straw included as well.

They gave us the drinks without boba or jellies we paid extra for. The drinks tasted good the thai tea is rich and the watermelon slush has delicious real watermelon flavor. Was just disappointed without the toppings.
