Usually love this but today was disappointed that the fruit was squished below the "base level". Would prefer less base so that fruit stays afloat! Still tasty but it created an "across the board flavor" rather than a fresh individual taste of each fruit bc the fruit was sunken & too cold. Don't mean to be picky but it did create a different flavor experience than past ones I've gotten from you.

I selected protein powder as an "add in" and it was put on top of the bowl....I had to remove all toppings and blend it together at home. My bowl did not taste fresh compared to other available açaí restaurants. Will likely not order again.

Tasted good but there wasn't an option to add boba so I assumed it came with it but it doesn't. Just an FYI maybe the "pearls" option is boba. Expensive drink for something that doesn't come with Boba automatically. Good overall
