I've gotten the everything bagel with Lox CC a couple times now and it's super yummy! There's a lot more lox mixed in the CC than I've seen at other bagel places. My husband got the eggy thing bagel with pink CC and tomato but got regular CC instead of the pink. This happened the last time he ordered pink CC but we figured that they just ran out since it was closer to lunch time when we ordered last. This time we ordered right when they opened but still no pink CC. I'm thinking they just don't have it anymore but never took it off the menu. Overall, very tasty and will definitely be ordering again soon

What attracts me to Boichik is their basic bagel: chewy, somewhat yielding, not at all fluffy but not too hard - the texture of a properly-made bagel. I prefer it with a smple topping: sesme, or garlic, or poppy (or onion, except the onion flakes tend to burn in a toaster). The "everything" doesn't send me a clear flavor message, but its main problem is too much salt. For something different, the cinnamon raisin is good, and for something completely different, the egg pseudo-bagel is quite nice.
For use at home, I buy their cream cheese and lox separatel. Their prepared bagel-lox sandwich uses much more of both than needed; the bagel should be the star. Their lox is very good. The cream cheese is okay, but the add-on varieties I've had (chive, Hatch chile, lox) contain far too little of their featured ingredents. The one problem the local store could fix is that the bagel slicing is sometimes careless (diagonal or asymmetric), making use in a toaster difficult. But overall a favorable rating for Boichik.

Decent bagels but wayyyy too expensive. The name makes you think they're going to be good new york bagels but they dont even seed both sides of the bagel. Come on. What are we doing here? Also, the sandwich has an ungodly amount of cream cheese. Skip ordering the $8 tub of cream cheese and just scrape it off the sandwich.

Boicheck bagels are exceptional. The fresh, moist and sturdy bagel imparts perfect flavor of cinnamon raisin, without smothering the fresh bagel flavor.
