• 25-10-11I usually dine in at Boiling Point at least once a week and have always enjoyed my meals, but this was my first time ordering to-go — and unfortunately, it’ll probably be my last.
I ordered my usual #4 Beef Hot #4 Beef Hot Soup (spicy) and the to-go version was extremely disappointing. The broth was completely watered down, had almost no flavor, and there was barely any broth in the bowl at all. On top of that, I was only given one small packet of each of the three dipping sauces, which is nowhere near enough for a full meal. The quality of this to-go order didn’t reflect the standard I’ve come to expect from Boiling Point.

• 26-07-26Very disappointed with this order. The food looked like it was thrown together from leftover scraps. The meat was dry and tough and the rice seemed like it was from the day before.
I’ve ordered from other locations and never had this problem. It only seems to be an issue with the Chino Hills location. I’d recommend avoiding this store if you’re ordering delivery.

• 24-04-05Paid $27 for the #9 Miso Hot Soup that was 50% cabbage. Could barely get a single spoon of soup without cabbage in it

• 26-03-25meats were clumped together as if they weren't even pulled apart during cooking. veggies were plenty hard (stem parts) and noodles weren't even taiwanese. shows plenty of what the restaurant and its employees no longer cares in
