Flavor is amazing the pork and potato was tender. I have been waiting for a place with the big bake potatoes to come back to Mobile. This place gets 5 stars from me.

Both the ranch The Ranch Handand The Jumbo Gumbo were great until you got the actul potato part. Then they were dry as the sahara. Adding sour cream by the 16 oz bucket and a ge droid helping of butter did not help. I wanted so badly for this to be good, it just wasnt .

Bill's Original potato was a decent size but did not taste good. Not sure if it was the cheese on top or something else. Also did not taste or see any butter.

The potato was hard and dry. Luke warm at best! Would have been really good had it been baked with oil on skin for tenderness . It was just old and tough !
