Since 1977, Bojangles has been serving boldly seasoned chicken, scratch-made biscuits, Legendary Iced Tea and all the classic Southern fixins for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Very disappointed in this store and I must say this is out of character for them. Ordered a Cajun filet biscuit and this is what I received. Assume it is suppose to be country steak? Biscuit was terribly dry, the fries had 0 seasoning, and received two cokes instead of tea.

Ordered a 3 piece but only got 2 pieces. Fries are old and hard and chicken is tough and dark like is old. Complete dissatisfied!

Bacon, Egg & Cheese Biscuit and ham Count Ham Biscuit Southern Gravy Biscuit Combo biscuits were smashed. The bag they were delivered in were not smashed so it was not the driver. There were 3 borounds ....literally only 3!! Our fries are missing! Will not get food from here again

The food is so salty it's inedible! I ordered some bo tato rounds and received 3 small pieces that were so salty I threw them away after the first bite. Everything tasted of excess salt I'll never order from here again.

The rice was good and potatoes. but the chicken was so burnt it was like having to fight fort Knox to get to thhe actual chicken. the skin was to burnt to eat and almost black on the bottom. we also order 2 Steak Biscuit and the steak was as burnt if not worse than the chicken being burnt. Usually love 3pc Leg & 2 Thighs - 10:30AM to Close, but was very disappointed tonight.
