Since 1977, Bojangles has been serving boldly seasoned chicken, scratch-made biscuits, Legendary Iced Tea and all the classic Southern fixins for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The rest of the order was great, but the chicken on the sandwich was not like it is from other locations.
The chicken was dry and over seasoned; and it did not seem like the normal fried chicken the usually put on the sandwich. It seemed like they ran out of the fried chicken, and quickly put some flour on a grilled chicken to fry it.
I've had this at other BoJangles and this is not it.

Did not provide straws, did not extra season food despite option chosen. Box collapsed the second we pulled it out of the bag. For the price, they are very careless unfortunately. Taste is good aside from needing the extra seasoning and a straw

Got 4 supremes instead of 3 but was supposed to get a large fry, I got a small cold fry with no seasoning and was supposed to get a sweet ice tea and got soda. I don't drink soda!

I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit meal and I really was very disappointed. Instead of giving me the sausage Pattie they gave me the links. Poor packaging, everything was all over the place and the fries was everywhere in the bag. I don't like that at all. I have had issues with this Bojangles for some time now and the service is getting worse and worse over time. I will not be ordering from Bojangles again!
