Bo-Tato Rounds® Were not up to par for what I paid for. I ordered a "family size" and only got medium quantity in a large container. I submitted photos to DD and was told I would not receive a refund or credit for this item. I am paying FULL PRICE for something I AM NOT receiving.

Our fries came stale and cold. The sides for the family meal was not the correct size it wasn't even enough to feed my family. The macaroni was like it had been sitting for a while. Was just not good at all.

the worst I've ever had the bo round were drenched in oil and soggy. the fries you could tell had been reheated in the fryer. and the chicken was stringy. I would never order from them again

It took an hour and a half to receive my order and it wasn't for a lack of dasher who waited forever for my order. My food was cold and hard, except the biscuits. However the biscuits were huge compared to normal despite the fact that they got one of them wrong.

Food tasted fine but the service is horrible. Shiloh has the worst Bojangles in Asheville. The employees don't pay attention to the quantity of an order and every time I'm missing items from my meal because they overlook everything. This location sucks, quit using Shiloh as the delivery for Bojangles. Patton Ave or Smoky Park all the way. Shiloh is an embarrassment.
