ordered it ahead of time in hopes we'd only be waiting maybe 5 - 10 minutes... we ended up waiting 40+ (and the chicken still wasnt fresh after being told we had to wait 10 mins for fresh chicken). as someone who worked for bojangles in the past, this store is completely unorganized and pure chaos. this store has earned its 2 star rating on google for sure lol

They gave me a mountain dew mixed with tea, and the 2 Breast Dinner was harder than the biscuit. it was not crunchy chicken. It was dry bland spicy chicken.

Staff actually called me when they didn't have what I ordered. First time in about 2 years worth of orders that that's happened. Kudos and well done Bojangles.
