Since 1977, Bojangles has been serving boldly seasoned chicken, scratch-made biscuits, Legendary Iced Tea and all the classic Southern fixins for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Kitchen did not look clean, chicken was stiff and hard to chew. Fried left too long in hot bar thus very soggy. Bo-sized upcharge did nothing to the actually size difference of the fries than you would ordering normally. Also paying for sauce that is already including if you order thru drive-thru is beyond greed.

Ordering from Bojangles is a big inconvenience and very unacceptable. I ordered through DoorDash so they're not allowed to check my food but they shouldn't have to. It is a disgrace that you were send food out of your restaurant this being that you only open 4 hours ago. I have only one of the two meals, That one meal is old. The hashbrowns well the three hashbrowns are full of grease and the biscuit is extremely hard $25 for nothing now have to spend more money on food is a big inconvenience. I will never order from this Bojangles or any Bojangles after this terrible experience

The 12pc Chicken Supremes® Meal. The supremes were over cooked, and the peach cobbler wasn't a peach cobbler.

Normally a great breakfast but today the chicken biscuit was a little cold and the hashbrowns were just weird tasting. Disappointing for what I know bojangles can do, but every place has their off days.

This food was almost to the point where I couldn't eat it. The fries were beyond salty and the chicken pieces was unrecognizable with all the extra fat or whatever it was on it. I had to order lunch again from somewhere else.
