• 24-09-18Biscuits were good but the last 2 times we have ordered you only get a half full container of Bo rounds. I ordered a family size and got 8 Bo rounds.

• 24-06-15Placed an order on DoorDash for pick up at 08:17, got to the store at at 08:30 per app and no one could find my order. So I waited and waited. Kept being asked if I ordered it at a different location, I said "No! I know which location I ordered at and the app literally shows the GPS location and store location." I was on Doordash chat they said "how would you like your refund?" I said "how about figuring out where my food i paid for is!" One of the reps called the store to address issue. Finally someone at Bojangles looks in the system and long be hold there was my order which was placed 30 minutes ago. So here it is now at 08:47 and I finally get my order. Well I get home and open my sandwich. Talk about disappointed! The cheese was literally thicker than the egg was and one piece of bacon. This location use to be good, it's gone way downhill. This isn't the first time this month I've had an issue here with quality of food but it will be the last. So if you want to save some money & disappointment, go somewhere else.
Here's a note for the owner of this location: if you can't do quality control on the products you sell and/or staff working this location, then you should probably sell this location to someone who will care about the customers spending money and the staff working at this location.

• 26-02-22The Bojangler didn't come with fries, they sent me 3 macaronis instead. And they're always stingy with french fries. The food was good and it was hot but I feel like the quality could've been way better. I wouldn't order again or DoorDash.
