Since 1977, Bojangles has been serving boldly seasoned chicken, scratch-made biscuits, Legendary Iced Tea and all the classic Southern fixins for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Sometimes fast food has bad days but this definitely wasn't one. Bojangles will always be one of my favorite places to eat and anytime I'm out of state up north I miss it. Highly recommend the Cajun Chicken Filet Biscuit

This Bojangles really needs a cook. The porkchops were chewy, not tender. The biscuits were thin and way overdone with the tops more like crackers. They also left off the eggs I ordered but DD reimbursed me for them. I've eaten at Bojangles for years, although not frequently, and this was the most disappointing meal I've ever had there.

Delivery process smooth fast and driver went abov and beyond. Very thoughtful about placing our order on a dry surface on my porch so our items did not get wet. Excellent customer service and hot yummy Cajun Chicken Filet BiscuitBo-Tato Rounds® and fresh soda.

We ordered 3 items: a Bo-sized fish sandwich combo, a regular chicken sandwich combo w/UNsweet tea, and a family sized slaw. The Dasher had to call to say they're out of fish so they subbed chicken.
We got: a regular chicken combo, a chicken combo with a small fry and a sweet tea, and a tiny tub of slaw about 2" high. In other words, not one item was correct. And all were less than what I paid for.
I checked the receipt and everything was entered correctly. DD refunded the money for the slaw but I lost out on the Bo-sized upgrade and the difference in the fish and chicken, plus the extra tip I gave the dasher for having to take his time to call about the fish not being available. And to top it off the fries we did get were old and cold.
Not a good showing by anybody - Bojangles or DoorDash.

biscuit was hard, fries were hard as a rock, i had to give them to my dog, they were dark and old. sweet tea had a weird after taste. i used to work a bojangles and i know what the fries from the night before that were left look like.
