Since 1977, Bojangles has been serving boldly seasoned chicken, scratch-made biscuits, Legendary Iced Tea and all the classic Southern fixins for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
My order was correct but the sandwich was good but failed to put lettuce in it, the tater tots they make - only got 4 pieces the price was not read for only 4 pieces, I requested for 3 packs of ketchup and was given only 1, the DD driver delivered my order in 40 minutes which was 10 mins late of my expected time wait for the order to arrive, if driver did not make any stops it would have been on time but wasn't. Employees need to improve in ensuring that everything is packed correctly before delivery.

the 3 pieces of chicken was extremely small, rice was sticky and macaroni and cheese was bland jus nasty

Biscuit is a little burnt which I was going to ignore but there is also paper stuck to the bottom of my biscuit. I understand things happen but they could have at least took the paper off. Portion is good and it seemed fairly fresh. Probably will not order again.

So they had no pie, fine. They forgot a whole sweet tea. DoorDash is high so it's whatever but for almost 50 bucks? Those 3 tenders are abysmally small. I work at a gas station and sell chicken tenders. This is low effort lol

Flavor is always on point! But this is the third time they've forgotten the Bo Rounds on the Cajun Filet Biscuit® Combo. In a day where DD is becoming a luxury, it's frustrating to not receive items you paid extra for.
