Since 1977, Bojangles has been serving boldly seasoned chicken, scratch-made biscuits, Legendary Iced Tea and all the classic Southern fixins for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Whatever manager that works mornings, needs to stop having employees make several hours worth of food hours in advance. Bo rounds were stale, and soggy. They molded into a clump. The egg on my biscut was rubbery and dried out. If I had known this was coming from the Richfield location I would not have ordered. Since this issue has been long running for several years.

Chicken was yummy! Fries were very hard pretty much inedible that's about the 5th time I order from there and they have been hard. The Bo berry biscuit you couldn't even put a fork through. It was honestly just disappointing because my daughter almost got chocked on a frie. Would not recommend the fries from there after lunch time.

Food and drink was correct and fresh
But
Supremes were Tiny (all 3 would have barely equaled 1 normal size supreme)
Wrong sauce (ordered Bo's sauce got bbq)

They put my extra biscuts in thebother boxes instead of wrapping seperate like ordered. I understand trying to save on waste, but with a special needs child they doesnt quite understand why their stuff came in their sisters chicken boxes.
