Since 1977, Bojangles has been serving boldly seasoned chicken, scratch-made biscuits, Legendary Iced Tea and all the classic Southern fixins for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Just came from the drive thru and paid $28 for 4 pieces of chicken, 2 meals with 2 pieces of chicken each. You guys didn't put our biscuits in the with the meal!! How do you forget the biscuits? Service is so pitiful these days.

They burnt the biscuits and still sent them out. Don't recommend. They do not care about the quality of your food at this location.

Order is never correct! Always missing items. Quality is always poor. Biscuits are rock hard, drinks not correct, fries old and hard. They never get our Chicken Supremes® Combo right. We've given them too many attempts to get it right. No longer a customer after tonight.

Fries weren't salty which I like. The only complaint I have is for some reason, you don't really get "2 sides" more like 1 bc the option will grey out if it's anything other than fries. So it's really fries and 1 side.

Worst service. Waited almost an hour for our food and got home and the majority of the food smells and taste like coffee
