The soy garlic chicken was so delicious. The 24 pieces was more than enough for my family of 4. Was so delicious and we are happy. Thank you for the food. Its always hard for us to afford but 100% worth it when we have it

I placed the order at 3:30pm and they didnt finish until 5pm. the food isn't as good as I remember, not worth the wait. they didnt put napkins or any utensils. won't order from here again. the rice looks old, portions are mediocre compared to cost. I would def. recommend other places for your korean fried chicken

This was our first time ordering here. The food arrived fresh and warm. The portion size of the food is comperable to the price. We got the Family XL with fries, white rice and picked radish, expecting to have leftovers. How wrong we were after a few bites became finishing the whole dang order! Delicious sauces on perfectly fried drumsticks and wings. The onion rings had a great crunch and flavor. We can't wait to order from BonChon again!!

Onion rings were crispy and tasty, tacos had a good amount of chicken and tasted great with a solid level of spiciness. Only thing was that my order took about an hour to get ready and was cold... otherwise fantastic

Packaging was horrible! The bulgogi was in a paper box so the sauce has spilled and the box was saturated! That being said, the bulgogi tasted good. The chicken was packaged the same way... all 20 pieces in a thin box that was falling apart. I ordered spicy and soy garlic but they tasted the same -- they were both just spicy. Korean Fried rice was such a small serving, also in a thin paper box. I don't know if it's just this particular store, but there are much better korean chicken places around.
