The Traditional Wings are meaty and flavorful. Consistently some of the best around. An order of 10 with Smoked Baked Beans and Beer attered Onion Rings is more than enough for two big eaters. Bonfire never disappoints

The best comfort food. The pot roast is extremely tender and flavorful without being too fatty. The vegetables are perfectly cooked. They are firm without being mushy and still have a lot of of flavor. The mashed potatoes, I can't see enough about the mashed potatoes, they are divine. I've never been much of a gravy person, but this gravy is so good. I eat this dish at least two or three times a month with plenty of leftovers for lunch the next day.

The food tastes really home-cooked. I have noticed the past couple times I have ordered pot roast that its extremely salty. It looks like they sprinkle salt all over the food before they close the lid. You can see it. I personally think the food is even more delicious without the added salt. We can always add our own salt. Just a thought. But it is otherwise very good!! Veggies always cooked perfectly, never overcooked. Portion is generous.

Bonfire is one of the better places to eat in the surprise Bell Road area. That's one of the problems in living over here. There aren't very many good places, but bonfire is decent. It is not cheap but it's pretty good. I've been a few times and it seems like my go to these days is the BLT which I think is probably the best BLT in the West Valley. It's a big sandwich and it's got a lot of bacon on it and I also really enjoy the side Caesar salad but if you do delivery, the side Caesar salad is about half the size of what you get in the restaurant. They have green chile pork which being from New Mexico makes me happy but It's still not New Mexico. anyway I do recommend bonfire, especially if you like loud sports bars, don't mind the price, and have lots of time.

Not the best gumbo the rue is missing that Louisiana flavor. The shrimp was not seasoned just boiled and put in after, and the shrimp is cut in half to give the illusion you get more. Little to no chicken or sausage.
