The Snack Pack (HSP) mainly consists of chips and only about one‑third meat. Out of that meat, you get around 90% lamb even when you order mixed meat. They used to give generous portions of meat before, with a proper combination of chicken and lamb when you ordered mixed meat. As a regular customer, it feels like they don’t care about quality or customer satisfaction anymore.

I ordered a large Snack Pack(HSP) , but it was mainly 3/4 full of chips. The rest was lamb with only a few pieces of chicken. They used to be really good, but now I'm not sure if they care about the quality of the food or customer satisfaction anymore. or if it's just because I ordered through Doordash. Either way, it's not worth $32 via Doordash unless you have 50% discount promotion. I wouldn't recommend it.

A $36 Family chiken pide no cheese at all, soggy and the bread not even cooked at all. Very insincere food making. Even how they cut the pide is very bad. one piece Very wide and other piece very thin.

Decided to order again after a few years to see if they had gotten better - they haven't. The small Chips was excessively large but poorly cooked, the majority got thrown away. The falafel were pre-fab and overcooked, the zucchini balls were dry, dense, and the overwhelming flavour was of flour. The borek was good, crisp pastry, good flavour with a lemon undertone and the only reason this order gets 2 stars instead of 1. The Meat Lover Pide was very dry and mostly tasted of bbq sauce with an occasional cheese break, and the Doner Lamb kebab was very dense with about half a leg of lamb up one end and all the other fillings down the other end. Overall very disappointing, if you want Turkish I'd recommend Gungahlin Kebab and Pizza instead.
